Placing an Order

Orders can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on The Southwest Greens Company Store. On-line ordering is straightforward and convenient; simply click the "Add to Cart" button from any Product Detail page on the Web site, and follow the subsequent instructions.

Payment and Sales Tax

Presently, The Southwest Greens Company Store accepts credit card payments from Visa, Master Card, and American Express.

Because The Southwest Greens Company Store operates in Georgia, we are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to a Georgia address. Those who live outside Georgia will not be charged sales tax for orders placed on The Southwest Greens Company Store Web site.

Order Status

All orders will be shipped via UPS. When placing the order, please choose UPS Ground, UPS Second Day Air, or UPS Next Day Air. The charges for shipping will be reflected on your billing statement.

Orders placed on The Southwest Greens Company Store Web site are processed within one (1) business day from the time the order is received. Shipping transit times vary - please expect two (2) to seven (7) days for delivery of product, depending on the shipping method used and destination.
